Sometimes we feel stupid..... mom_of_4: Every time I think of this, I have to laugh.
A girl I work with told me this true story about herself.......toooooo funny.
She was dating this guy who now they have decided to just be friends, but they are really good friends and close still.
He once told her that she needed to except compliments better.....when he tells her that she is beautiful she always says no I am not.
One night they were on the couch together watching t.v. and she was laying down with her head in his lap. He leaded over and told her that she was hot.......thinking about what he had told her before about excepting compliments she said thank you. His reply was "What?" She sat up and looked at him and said thank you. He asked her for what? She replied, for the compliment.....he looked at her with this strange look on his face and said what are you talking about? She said you once told me that I needed to take compliments better.....you just told me that you thought I was hot, so thankyou.
He looked at her and shook his head and said no, I ment that you were hot, I think you have a fever!!!!!!
She said she wanted to die right there............however it made me laugh my ass off.............
