Re: my wife left me charmed:
my wife left me for a guy she met online in a game (baggamon)
I agree with, Samarra - "sounds like a real romance" (insert sarcasm)
empty, you sound like a great person and one that any woman would be fortunate to be with. Your wife has issues, whether it be selfishness, immaturity, confusion or communication problems.
We cannot change another person. We cannot force them to love us or stay with us. We feel left behind, but in truth, they are leaving "themselves" behind. They are exchanging a good relationship with a solid foundation for something that feels good on a whim. There are exceptions, but this is often the case. Who needs someone who is lacking in so many areas? They don't know themselves well enough to land sure-footed anywhere and run around like a dog chasing it's tail, but they never find it LOL Until they delve deep within themselves and resolve their personal issues, they will keep chasing "rainbows" hoping to fill that void.
Love is a great thing, but there is so much more involved in a lasting relationship.
I agree with what freckles mechanic said. Maybe he should find another day job - psychologist comes to mind LOL
I wish you all the best-
charmed

Re: my wife left me dontgetit: You are not alone, my wife met a man on an internet site sometime in September and by October 13th she was out of my house - on October 30th she moved in to his house...To make this more interesting he left his wife of 24 years for my wife - so after 4/6 weeks of knowing each other they were in love and living together...Now some have said she must have known him longer...In our case not possible - we just moved to this city and it was me that showed her the site (one night I was bored and was surfing the net - I came across one for "affairs" and as a curiosity showed it to her...laughing and saying what are people thinking).....Well look who is not laughing now....
So my advice to you is simple - seek god's intervention and say your prayers....In my case I feel in my heart she is gone both physically and spiritaully but miracles can happen if you beleive..
Love is a powerful thing my wife not only left me, she has pretty much walked out of our 10 year old's life as well - she has seen her for 3 hours since this all happened...In all fairness the 10 year old will have nothing to do with this new man, nor will she go to the mans house - point is though mum could (if she chose) see the child anywhere else and as often as she wanted...Guess she is to busy now...
